Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vrizoom (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Vrizoom mobile app and this website. Vrizoom is a client for your own Twilio account, so you remain in control of your numbers and communications.

Information we process

To sign you in we use Microsoft Entra External ID, which may process your email address and, if you choose Google or Apple sign-in, the basic profile they return. To operate your phone, we process the Twilio credentials you connect, your phone numbers, and call/message metadata needed to deliver functionality.

Where your secrets live

Your Twilio Account SID and secrets are stored encrypted in Azure Key Vault and are never stored on your device. Voice tokens are minted server-side, so your secrets never leave our backend.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t read the content of your calls. Message content is processed only to deliver it through Twilio and to show your conversation history to you.

Your choices

You can disconnect a Twilio account, delete numbers, or delete your Vrizoom account at any time from within the app, which removes the associated data we hold.
