These Terms govern your use of the Vrizoom app and website. By using Vrizoom you agree to them.

The service

Vrizoom is software that connects to your own Twilio account to provide calling, messaging, and number management. You are responsible for your Twilio account, its charges, and complying with Twilio’s terms and applicable laws (including telemarketing and consent regulations).

Acceptable use

Don’t use Vrizoom for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent communications, or to send messages without the recipient’s consent where required.

Billing

Usage charges for calls and messages are billed by Twilio directly. Any Vrizoom subscription fees, where applicable, are described at checkout and are separate from your Twilio spend.

Disclaimer

Vrizoom is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep the service reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for carrier or Twilio outages outside our control.

Vrizoom is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twilio Inc. “Twilio” is a trademark of its respective owner.
